"Freddie Wolff - The Lavanda Legend"
At first, our crew was pretty doubtful about the whole thing since it was a new experience for most of us. However, Freddie and his team were there for us at every turn, whether it was during the full induction, guiding us through the portal training, or helping us set up our account. They were basically available around the clock to tackle any questions we had. After the initial training, things became a breeze because it was so well explained and easy to grasp. Freddie has kept checking in and providing support since then. We’d definitely recommend him. Cheers from the whole team in Glasgow!

"Lavanda is absolutely amazing"
I think Lavanda is just awesome. We rely on them for our Tech after trying out a company that I bet most folks go with at first. Lavanda really shines when your portfolio begins to expand. It helps you keep everything organized. It just makes life a whole lot simpler. The tech is solid, but what really stands out for me is their super friendly and knowledgeable team who are always there for advice. So honestly, I can't recommend them enough!

"No accountability for their mistakes."
After coming back from my trip abroad, I requested Lavanda to send my keys to a hotel where I’d be staying for the first night. I allowed them over a week to get this done, but they procrastinated and the keys showed up three days late. I had to call a locksmith to get into my own place (which was cheaper than three nights in a hotel)....and Lavanda is refusing to take any responsibility for this. Super disappointing and poorly managed.

"Initially unsure when my company..."
I was initially unsure when my company made the choice to adopt a new software, but now I can effortlessly schedule cleaning sessions, manage check-ins, report problems, and do a bunch of other stuff that our old provider just couldn't handle. Plus, they've got a fantastic team that's always ready to answer any questions and really values our input.

"NOT A FAN OF THIS COMPANY"
Honestly, as a homeowner, I strongly suggest you steer clear of this company for managing your property. I've been with them for five months, and I've lost money on my investment every single month. My Airbnb reviews have tanked so badly that my listing gets put on hold. Now they've teamed up with a company called Host So Simple, and they're even worse! They hardly reply to emails or calls, and when they do, they're barely any help.

"My Experience Renting with Lavanda"
I recently rented out my flat using Lavanda, and I gotta say, they were super helpful and professional. The entire process was a breeze for me, and they handle all their fees from the bookings, so I didn’t have to pay anything upfront—just collect my earnings at the end of each stay.

The team has been super quick to answer any questions I had, and the app is pretty great too. It lets me keep track of my bookings and block off time whenever I need.

Definitely would recommend!

"E3 Apartment Experience"
I’d totally recommend this! From the get-go with James Robotham, my time with Lavanda while my flat was on the market was top-notch. They kept in touch and offered some great advice, plus the place was always spotless after every guest. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful, making the whole process a breeze. I’d definitely go with them again.
