This summer, I had a fantastic time collaborating with Sam and the crew at Lavanda. They were clear and direct about their needs, which we really valued.

At first, our crew was pretty doubtful about the whole thing since it was a new experience for most of us. However, Freddie and his team were there for us at every turn, whether it was during the full induction, guiding us through the portal training, or helping us set up our account. They were basically available around the clock to tackle any questions we had. After the initial training, things became a breeze because it was so well explained and easy to grasp. After coming back from my trip abroad, I requested Lavanda to send my keys to a hotel where I’d be staying for the first night. I allowed them over a week to get this done, but they procrastinated and the keys showed up three days late. I had to call a locksmith to get into my own place (which was cheaper than three nights in a hotel)....and Lavanda is refusing to take any responsibility for this. Super disappointing and poorly managed.

My Airbnb reviews have tanked so badly that my listing gets put on hold. Now they've teamed up with a company called Host So Simple, and they're even worse! They hardly reply to emails or calls, and when they do, they're barely any help.

I recently rented out my flat using Lavanda, and I gotta say, they were super helpful and professional. The entire process was a breeze for me, and they handle all their fees from the bookings, so I didn’t have to pay anything upfront—just collect my earnings at the end of each stay.
